What are your rates?

All of our pricing is listed on our website

Do you provide food + alcohol?

No, you are responsible for bringing in your own food and alcohol. Upon booking we can give you a list of vendors that we work with.

Do you set up our decorations?

No, you are responsible for setting up and taking down any decor.

Can we come to the space early to decorate?

If we do not have events scheduled prior to your event you may be able to add on time to come early for a fee.

What is the refund/cancellation policy

The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. If Lessee chooses to cancel this Agreement 60 days or less prior to the Event, Lessee will owe 100% of the total rental fee and receive no refund. Exceptions can be made for re-scheduling if given notice at least 60 days before event. Re-scheduled dates must be within 6 months of original booked date. If prices change when re-booking, you will be responsible for the difference.

Is there parking available?

Yes we have plenty of free parking available.

Is there a kitchen to cook in?

No, we do not have a kitchen for you to cook in but we do have a space for you to store any cold food or beverages that you bring in.
